In addition to our usual awards, this year the branch will be recognising those publicans with a long service of ten years or more. The first of these awards was presented to Anne & Nick who have been at the Duke of Edinburgh in Woodside for over 21 years.

A certificate has also been presented to Graham & Dawn at the Rifle Volunteer, Emmbrook in recognition of their 18 years of service.

Further awards will be made to other long-serving publicans within the Berkshire South-East area once the shut-down for Covid-19 is over.

Our list includes:

If there are any publicans we're not aware of that have run a pub listed in our branch Pub Guide for 10 years or more, then please contact the Branch Webmaster.

Being a publican can be a difficult way of life but these people have all passed the test of time and run enjoyable community locals.
