All Branch Members are welcome, but please note that this is a Committee Meeting that follows a formal and busy agenda. Please raise any topics not related to a specific agenda item under AOB. If you have a large number of questions related to an agenda item that would delay proceedings, then these can be taken off line on a one-to-one basis in order to allow the smooth running of the meeting.

Note that only Committee Members will be able to vote.

Non-Committee members do not have to attend the meeting and can stay in the bar area and treat it as a social event.
